After you complete your online order you will receive an order confirmation email which lists all information entered online plus additional information concerning the processing of your order. Please take a minute to go over the information listed here – especially the shipping name and address you entered online. If any corrections need to be made simply reply to the confirmation email right away listing the corrections that need to be made. We would need to receive these corrections right away after you receive your confirmation email to avoid any delivery issues and additional shipping charges.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email after completing your order please check your junk/spam folder as it may have inadvertently been sent there due to settings on your computer. You can also email us at info@lovethenaughty.com to request a copy of your invoice for your records.

Once we receive your online order it will be processed to ship within the next 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking email with all delivery details.


Discreet Shipping

Your order will be shipped in a plain brown paper box or padded envelope and the shipping label will show only our Ontario Business Registration number and our corporate address. We do not produce nor include any paper invoices or packing slips for discretionary reasons. We found that our customers prefer that as these pieces of paper were just something they had to remember to dispose of in a discreet manner. Your invoice, tracking information, and packing record is all communicated via email to the email address provided with your online order.

All orders are shipped from within Canada therefore there are no concerns with duties or customs. We are 100% Canadian owned and operated and all orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.

Canadian Shipping


All of our packages are marked 'Do Not Safe Drop' which means that if no one is at the shipping address at the time of delivery the package will be sent to your local Post Office for pickup. No packages will be left at the shipping destination unless specifically requested as listed below. You will require picture ID that reflects the exact shipping information as entered online in order for your package to be released to you from the Post Office. We may determine that an order will be shipped directly to your local Post Office due to the value of the purchase as a safeguard. This is generally orders over $200.00 in value but can vary according to dollar amount and customer purchase history.

There are some additional options you can select upon checkout that are related to shipping :

By selecting 'CARD FOR PICKUP' your package will be delivered directly to the Post Office that is closest geographically to the shipping address provided. This service is free of charge. You will require picture ID that reflects the exact shipping information as entered online in order to retrieve your package from the Post Office. Most often you will receive a notification card at the shipping address to inform you when and where your package will be available. This information is also available via your online tracking.

By selecting 'LEAVE PACKAGE AT DOOR' your package will be left at the shipping address closest to the apparent front entrance of the building or with the concierge. This service is free of charge. Please note that is you select this stipulation on your delivery and the package is lost and/or stolen there is no recourse or restitution for the package. By selecting this option you waive the opportunity for us to process a claim with the carrier for a lost/stolen package.

By selecting 'SIGNATURE REQUIRED' this means that the delivery person has to secure a signature from someone at the shipping address in order for the package to be released. If no one is home at the time of the attempted delivery your package will be sent to your local Post Office for pickup. There is a $2.50 charge for this service.

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If there is any indication that the package may have been mishandled or the contents damaged please contact us right away as we would require images of the package before it is opened to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.


*Rural shipping destinations, as determined by Canada Post, have additional shipping timelines to those listed for each shipping service. For example, for many rural areas Priority shipping shipping service is a 3 to 5 business day delivery service. Next business day delivery service may not be an option for some rural areas. Please contact us with the postal code of the shipping destination and we will provide you with the listed delivery timelines for all the available shipping services.


*For destinations that are considered rural and for products that are noted as being over-size/weight in the product description, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you with that information as soon as possible. You can also email us before placing your order to enquire as to any possible additional shipping charges if you are interested in one of these products or if your shipping destination is considered rural. We do ship to PO Boxes in Canada.

 

For Canadian Customers who use Community Mailboxes : What we have found over the years is that if you use a community mailbox to receive your mail this can have implications for your delivery timeline. For instance, if your package requires to be put in the 'Large Package Compartment' of your community mailbox the delivery may be delayed until that compartment is available/empty (ie. If there is already a package in there the recipient has to remove it before this compartment is available for your package). This obviously out of our or your control. What we recommend for customers who use community mailboxes and have a specific date on which they would like to receive their package to select the 'CARD FOR PICKUP' service listed when checking out. What this means is that your package will go directly to your local Post Office for pickup and most often means it will be available to you much more quickly.


US Shipping

Continental US deliveries have a flat rate $14.99 shipping charge for any order amount. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional charges. All shipping prices quoted are in Canadian dollars. If you are placing an order to be shipped to the US or using a US based credit card, the exchange rate is determined by your credit card company’s daily exchange rate. Please note that if your order contains a product that is noted to be over-sized/weight additional shipping charges may be applied.

We do ship to US Military bases. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes in the US. Please note that there are certain US states that have state laws pertaining to the types of products we sell that may prevent your order from being successfully delivered. If this occurs and the package is returned to us you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please confirm that your order can delivered to your state before ordering.


International Shipping

We can process shipments to the majority of international destinations. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to duty and/or taxes due upon delivery, which will be the recipients responsibility. When placing your order online, simply select 'International Shipping Outside of the US'. No charges will be processed at that time. Your order will be forwarded to us to pack and weigh so we can provide accurate shipping quotes from a variety of carriers. Once you select the shipping service you would prefer we will complete you order and process the charge manually.

Please note that if the delivery is unsuccessful because of regional laws of the recipient country that prohibits the types of products we sell, all original and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. This may require an additional charge before the order is shipped that will be refunded upon successful delivery of the package.
