Our objective is simple. We want you to be happy with your Lovethenaughty purchase while maintaining strict attention to hygiene and product integrity.

All products are tested for full functionality before shipping. This does mean that some sealed packages are carefully opened to access the device to test it. If you would rather we do not do that, for instance if the product is a gift, there is the option upon checkout to request that they are not tested. We deal with very reputable companies who are very well established and manufacturer's defects are very rare.   It's entirely up to you, we will be guided by your preference.  Please read the information below before submitting your RMA request form via the link at the bottom.

 

The last thing we want to happen is that you anticipate and then finally receive your order to find the product is not working properly. Please contact us right away should you find that your product does not appear to be functioning properly and we will deal with it right away.

 

At first, we generally provide some troubleshooting options for that particular item. These troubleshooting tips come from years of selling these products and common errors that can be made or idiosyncrasies for particular items. Quite honestly, a lot of issues are resolved by checking the quantity, polarities, and power of the batteries being used. Or, if products are rechargeable, the first full charge does take longer then subsequent top-ups. The best case scenario is that together we can figure out what the issue may be and correct it so you can use your toy as soon as possible.

 

Please note that close-out/clearance items and items listed as special order are final sale and are not available for return and/or exchange.

 

Product Returns/Exchanges due to issues with functionality/materials

Toys/Novelties : If within 7 days of receiving your purchase you discover your toy is not functioning properly please fill out the form below with all requested information. We will reply with further instructions on how to proceed and an RMA number. Please do not send any product back to us without an RMA number as these packages will simply be disposed of without credit.

If you have requested an exchange we will simply exchange what is returned to us. For instance, if you return just the charger for the device we will replace just the charger. If you do not return the original packaging for the product then your new item will be shipped without product packaging. Once we receive your return with the RMA number we will ship a new tested unit right away at no charge. You will receive new tracking information at that time.

If you have requested a refund this will be provided as soon as we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your claim is after 7 days and the toy you purchased has an active manufacturer's warranty, we will gladly provide you with full customer support to make a warranty claim with them.

Lingerie/Intimate apparel/Costumes: All lingerie items are inspected before shipping for design flaws (ex. seam stitching), clasps, zippers, garter attachments, etc. We also confirm that if the outfit/set includes hose, gloves, garters, etc, that these components are included.

If you find within 7 days of receiving your order that your lingerie item has a manufacturer's defect we will gladly exchange this item for you. Please fill out the form below with all requested information to request an RMA number and for further instructions. The exchange will be for the same item in regards to size, colour, style, etc. The item must be unworn and/or have no signs of wear, washed, marked, damaged or affected by odours (including perfume and cigarette smoke) are non-returnable.

Defective lingerie items are available for exchange only, they are not available for refunds.


Product Returns/Exchanges due to 'Change of Heart'

Toys/Novelties : If within 7 days of receiving your purchase you wish to return and/or exchange your item(s) please fill out the form below with all requested information. We will reply with further instructions on how to proceed and an RMA number. Please do not send any product back to us without an RMA number as these packages will simply be disposed of without credit.

Items may be returned for exchange or credit within 7 days of when you receive your order, provided they are unopened/unused. All items are shipped within a clear sealed security bag. This bag must not be opened or tampered with in any way for an exchange or credit to be possible. There is a 10% processing fee for all items returned for refund. Items returned for store credit are not subject to the processing fee. Shipping charges will be assigned to any new shipments as a result of an exchange.

Lingerie/Intimate Apparel/Costumes : Lingerie items are not available for exchange or credit for hygienic reasons. Lingerie items are not sealed when they are shipped. Please refer to the specific manufacturers size charts to determine which size you are best suited for.
